Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification for positions handling alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

  • greet customers immediately upon entering and seat guests ensuring their needs are accommodated
  • manage the flow of the restaurant to prevent hosts and servers from being overwhelmed
  • answer questions regarding new menu items and specials
  • take orders via phone, delivery apps, online, and walk-in guests ensuring accuracy
  • perform suggestive selling and handle payments for to-go orders
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
  • keep wait stations stocked and assist with bar area and food running tasks as needed
  • prioritize multiple tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • uphold company core values of care, spirit, respect, feedback, and exceeding expectations
