Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification for positions handling alcoholic beverages
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- greet customers immediately upon entering and seat guests ensuring their needs are accommodated
- manage the flow of the restaurant to prevent hosts and servers from being overwhelmed
- answer questions regarding new menu items and specials
- take orders via phone, delivery apps, online, and walk-in guests ensuring accuracy
- perform suggestive selling and handle payments for to-go orders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
- keep wait stations stocked and assist with bar area and food running tasks as needed
- prioritize multiple tasks to ensure efficient operations
- uphold company core values of care, spirit, respect, feedback, and exceeding expectations
