Job Requirements
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work if involved in serving alcohol
- Must have any other legally required certification before working at Hooters
- Ability to greet and seat guests energetically
- Ability to handle cash responsibly

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as a host
- Manage seating and control restaurant flow to ensure excellent service
- Take and process to-go orders via multiple channels including phone and apps
- Suggestive selling to increase sales and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, restrooms, and wait stations
- Assist with stocking, food running, and bar area upkeep when necessary
- Uphold brand standards by being prepared, courteous, and punctual
