Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required for service of alcoholic beverages
- Legally required certifications prior to employment
- Customer service skills
- Basic mathematical computation skills
- Ability to promote brand integrity
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Knowledge of menu items and specials
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a sincere positive attitude
- Manage seating flow to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Take accurate orders via phone, apps, and online platforms
- Package orders correctly and handle payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas
- Keep wait stations fully stocked and assist bar area
- Support food running tasks and prioritize multiple duties
