Job Requirements
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older

- Menu knowledge
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if serving alcoholic beverages
- Possession of any legally required certifications prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests according to restaurant flow and accommodate special needs
- Manage to-go orders including taking phone and app orders, ensuring accuracy, and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house, restrooms, parking lot, and wait stations
- Assist in merchandising and selling store products
- Support food running and bar area maintenance when required
- Monitor menu knowledge and communicate specials and events to guests
