  • Previous customer service experience desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
  • Seat guests according to restaurant flow and accommodate special needs
  • Manage to-go orders including taking phone and app orders, ensuring accuracy, and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house, restrooms, parking lot, and wait stations
  • Assist in merchandising and selling store products
  • Support food running and bar area maintenance when required
  • Monitor menu knowledge and communicate specials and events to guests
