Job Duties
- greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant
- manage seating and table flow to ensure excellent service
- answer questions about the menu and specials
- take to-go orders via phone, apps, online, and walk-ins
- ensure order accuracy and proper packaging of to-go orders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot and restrooms
- restock wait stations and support food running and bar cleanliness
- promote speed of service and food quality assurance
- handle cash responsibly
- uphold brand operating standards including proper uniform and punctuality
- act as a store events spokesperson when needed
