Job Duties

  • greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant
  • manage seating and table flow to ensure excellent service
  • answer questions about the menu and specials
  • take to-go orders via phone, apps, online, and walk-ins
  • ensure order accuracy and proper packaging of to-go orders
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot and restrooms
  • restock wait stations and support food running and bar cleanliness
  • promote speed of service and food quality assurance
  • handle cash responsibly
  • uphold brand operating standards including proper uniform and punctuality
  • act as a store events spokesperson when needed
