Job Requirements

Be at least 17/18 years old
Have customer service experience
Be able to perform basic math computations
Demonstrate ability to promote brand integrity
Maintain professional behavior consistently
Communicate clearly with others
Collaborate well with team members
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Adapt to operational changes
Possess menu knowledge
Knowledge of sanitation and MSDS
Hold valid ServSafe alcohol certification if serving alcoholic beverages

Job Qualifications

Must be 17/18 years of age or older

Job Duties

Provide sincere positive guest greetings and seat guests professionally
Manage restaurant flow by coordinating seating to enhance service efficiency
Answer questions regarding menu items and specials confidently
Take orders accurately through various channels including phone and delivery apps
Package to-go orders correctly and handle payment transactions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
Stock and maintain wait stations and assist with bar and food runner tasks when needed
