Job Requirements
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification (for positions involving alcohol service)
- Any other legally required certification prior to employment
- Ability to maintain consistent punctuality and uniform standards
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be at least 17/18 years old

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient greeting to guests
- Manage seating rotations to accommodate various party sizes
- Handle order taking and processing for phone, online, and walk-in To-Go orders
- Ensure accuracy of food orders and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot and restrooms
- Keep wait stations fully stocked and assist with bar area maintenance
- Promote company events and specials to guests
- Practice responsible cash handling
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Serve as a spokesperson for store events
