Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any legally required certifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math computation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Maintain professionalism and brand integrity
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and MSDS
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide a sincere positive greeting to guests upon arrival
- Manage restaurant flow through rotation seating to optimize guest service
- Take accurate to-go orders via phone, apps, and in-person
- Promote menu items and specials with detailed knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, restrooms, and front of house
- Keep wait stations fully stocked and assist bar area as needed
- Perform food runner tasks and support staff in operational efficiency
