Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification if serving alcoholic beverages
- legally required certifications prior to employment
- strong customer service skills
- basic mathematical computation skills

- knowledge of menu and specials
- knowledge of sanitation and MSDS

- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas
