- valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in serving alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- greet customers immediately upon entry and seat guests efficiently to manage restaurant flow
- take to-go orders via phone, delivery apps, online platforms, and walk-in guests ensuring order accuracy
- provide friendly and attentive customer service maintaining a positive attitude
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
- assist with stocking and cleanliness of wait stations and bar area where applicable
- handle cash responsibly and ensure proper payment processing
- promote and demonstrate knowledge of menu items, specials, and merchandise
- perform food runner tasks and support staff with multiple operational duties as needed
