Job Requirements
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any legally required certifications prior to employment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and clear communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and manage seating flow
- Take and process to-go orders accurately via multiple channels
- Ensure timely packaging and delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant and parking areas
- Keep wait stations and service areas stocked and orderly
- Assist with food running and bar area support when needed
- Promote menu knowledge and communicate specials effectively
