Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
  • ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service

  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any legally required certificates prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism and brand integrity
  • teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification and other required legal certifications

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests promptly and cordially
  • manage restaurant seating flow to optimize guest experience
  • take and process to-go orders accurately via phone, apps, and walk-ins
  • package orders and handle payments efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
  • stock and maintain wait stations and bar areas
  • perform food runner tasks and assist with facility upkeep
  • promote menu knowledge and communicate specials and events to guests
  • ensure proper sanitation and food handling practices are followed
