- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if serving alcoholic beverages
- Customer service skills
- Basic mathematical computations skills
- Ability to promote brand integrity

- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Menu knowledge
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS
- Possession of any other legally required certification prior to employment

Job Duties
- Greeting customers immediately upon arrival
- Managing restaurant seating and flow
- Assisting parties including families, large groups, and business clients
- Taking accurate orders via phone, apps, and in-person
- Suggestive selling to enhance guest experience
- Ensuring packaging and order accuracy for takeout
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas
- Restocking wait stations and supply areas
- Assisting in bar area upkeep and food running tasks
- Promoting menu knowledge and special events
- Adhering to company core values in all interactions
