Job Requirements

Must be 17/18 years of age or older
Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in service of alcoholic beverages
Other legally required certifications prior to starting
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

Must be 17/18 years of age or older
Customer service skills
Basic mathematical computation skills

Job Duties

Provide a sincere and positive greeting to guests
Seat guests efficiently to manage restaurant flow
Take orders via phone, delivery apps, and walk-ins with accuracy
Package to-go orders and process payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas
Stock and maintain wait stations and bar area
Support food runners and prioritize multiple tasks
