- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcoholic beverage service

Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately upon arrival and manage seating arrangements effectively
- Answer questions regarding menu items and daily specials
- Take and process to-go orders accurately via phone, apps, and in-person
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including restrooms and parking lot
- Monitor and restock wait stations ensuring supplies are available for front-of-house staff
- Assist with food running and bar area cleanliness as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure order accuracy
- Promote store events and merchandise sales
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and professionalism during service hours
- Follow brand standards for customer interaction and restaurant presentation
