- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcoholic beverage service
- Legally required certification prior to employment
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

- Basic mathematical computations skills

Job Duties
- Provide a sincere and positive greeting to guests upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements to ensure smooth flow and optimal guest accommodation
- Take and process To-Go orders accurately via phone, apps, and walk-ins
- Suggestively sell menu items and merchandise to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including front of house, restrooms, and parking lot
- Keep wait stations stocked and assist in bar area maintenance if applicable
- Support Food Runner tasks to expedite accurate and timely food delivery
- Display thorough menu knowledge and answer customer questions
- Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly
