- Menu knowledge

- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved with alcoholic beverage service

Job Duties
- Perform the host role by greeting and seating guests promptly
- Manage the flow of the restaurant to optimize service and seating arrangements
- Take to-go orders accurately via phone, apps, online platforms, and walk-ins
- Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of to-go orders
- Perform staff support duties including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dining and front-of-house areas
- Stock wait stations and assist in bar area cleanliness
- Assist as a food runner when needed
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and specials
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality for shifts
- Promote a friendly and attentive customer experience
- Adhere to proper sanitation and food handling protocols
