Job Requirements

Must be 17/18 years of age or older
valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcohol service
legally required certifications prior to employment
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication skills
customer service experience preferred
ability to maintain professionalism
knowledge of sanitation standards
ability to multi-task
punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Duties

Provide friendly and attentive customer service
ensure order accuracy and speed of service
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, restrooms, and wait stations
greet and seat guests promptly and manage the flow of the restaurant
process to-go orders via phone, delivery apps, and walk-ins accurately
demonstrate knowledge of menu items and promotions
assist with cash handling and merchandise sales
