Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 17/18 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification for positions serving alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to complete legally required certifications prior to employment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and adherence to company dress code

Job Duties

  • Greeting customers immediately upon entry with a positive and energetic demeanor
  • Managing guest seating to control restaurant flow and enhance service quality
  • Taking to-go orders through various channels including phone, apps, online, and walk-ins
  • Ensuring order accuracy and timely preparation of to-go orders
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all designated areas including dining area, restrooms, and parking lot
  • Stocking and maintaining wait stations and assisting with bar area cleanliness and food running tasks
  • Promoting menu knowledge and specials while answering guest inquiries accurately
