  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Physical ability to maintain cleanliness and perform various support tasks

  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet customers immediately when they enter the restaurant
  • Manage seating to control restaurant flow and ensure efficient service
  • Take and process orders via phone, apps, online platforms, and direct walk-in guests
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely service
  • Suggestively sell menu items and merchandise
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
  • Stock and maintain wait stations and assist with bar area and food running tasks
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
  • Promote a friendly and attentive customer service environment
  • Ensure proper sanitation and food handling protocols are followed
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly
  • Participate as a spokesperson for store events
  • Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and preparedness for shifts
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support restaurant operations
