- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Physical ability to maintain cleanliness and perform various support tasks

Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately when they enter the restaurant
- Manage seating to control restaurant flow and ensure efficient service
- Take and process orders via phone, apps, online platforms, and direct walk-in guests
- Ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Suggestively sell menu items and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
- Stock and maintain wait stations and assist with bar area and food running tasks
- Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
- Promote a friendly and attentive customer service environment
- Ensure proper sanitation and food handling protocols are followed
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
- Participate as a spokesperson for store events
- Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and preparedness for shifts
- Adapt to changing priorities and support restaurant operations
