Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
- Serve as a knowledgeable menu expert offering recommendations and guiding guests through food drink and promotional specials
- Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas including tables service stations and surrounding environments
- Process payments accurately handle cash and credit transactions and ensure correct change is provided
- Adhere strictly to all food safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
- Actively promote a high-energy positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
