Job Duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Be a culinary ambassador by knowing the menu inside-and-out, sharing daily specials, and offering recommendations on food and beverages
- Ensure seamless order processing, coordination with kitchen staff, and timely delivery of all items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks efficiently to maintain a well-organized dining environment
- Accurately manage sales, discounts, promotions, and tips using the point-of-sale system following cash handling procedures
- Foster positive relationships with guests and fellow team members to contribute to a vibrant workplace
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
