- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service
- Serve as a knowledgeable menu expert offering recommendations and guiding guests through food, drink, and promotional specials
- Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, communicating any special requests or dietary needs to kitchen staff
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables and service stations
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions with correct change
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to maintain efficient service flow
- Actively promote a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic atmosphere for patrons and team members
