Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
  • serve as a knowledgeable menu expert offering recommendations and guiding guests through food drink and promotional specials
  • accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
  • proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas including tables service stations and surrounding environments
  • process payments accurately handle cash and credit transactions and ensure correct change is provided
  • adhere strictly to all food safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
  • actively promote a high-energy positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
