Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
- serve as a knowledgeable menu expert, offering recommendations and guiding guests through food, drink, and promotional specials
- accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
- proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, service stations, and surrounding environments
- process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure correct change is provided
- adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
- actively promote a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
