Job Requirements
- Training or experience in cleaning or manual labor
- Ability to perform routine manual labor tasks
- Willingness to meet high standards of job performance
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Ability to communicate effectively and use task management systems
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- Availability to work flexible hours if required
Job Qualifications
- Such training and experience as may be gained through training schools and some experience in performing cleaning work and or other manual labor experience
- Willingness and experience to give exceptional job performance
- High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and or GED equivalent programs preferred
- Willing to consider related experience in lieu of diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Daily cleaning of restrooms and removal of trash
- Dusting, damp wiping, spot cleaning, and spot mopping
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and floor care including stripping and refinishing
- Cleaning discharge rooms following a 10-step cleaning process and terminal cleaning as required
- Using EPIC system to receive and update task status
- Removing, covering, and washing trash containers as designated by team leader
- Performing other duties and projects as assigned
- Adhering to organizational competencies and standards of behavior
