Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work overnight hours including weekends
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to learn and multitask
- Empathy and positive attitude toward guests
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Able to travel for training purposes

Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly as they arrive
- Assisting guests with self check-in kiosks
- Preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness including dishwashing and food handling
- Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails
- Providing concierge services and local recommendations
- Managing reservations and performing the night audit
- Ensuring guest safety and handling emergencies
- Overseeing hotel operations during night shifts
