Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
- Willingness to work weekends
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using technology including property management systems
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for training travel

Job Duties
- Making sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in
- Helping guests at the self check-in kiosks
- Preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals
- Being a kitchen hero by dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, food handling and cooking
- Brewing delicious coffee or mixing a signature cocktail
- Being a secret concierge to the city by answering guests' questions about places to visit, eat, shop or party
- Maintaining the living room and cleaning canteenM, arranging food displays for the following shift
- Helping guests with any requests or demands regarding facilities, including using technology
- Handling reservations in the property management system (PMS), including the daily night audit
- Holding the keys to the castle and being responsible for operations during the night shifts
- Taking care of guests including in emergency situations
