Job Requirements
- Experience managing ticket operations at large-scale sporting events
- Proficiency in digital ticketing systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 50 percent of working time
- Flexibility to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays
- Willingness to be onsite during tournament period (June-July)
- Available for contract employment from January to August 2026

- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Plan and execute ticket distribution strategies in collaboration with client and ticketing team
- Manage ticket inventory through FIFA online ticket portal
- Check ticket assignments for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate ticket distribution process with client leads and support staff
- Assist guest communications team to resolve ticket inquiries
- Support block and row seat assignments for events
- Lead post-event ticket reconciliation and reporting
