Job Requirements
- w2 employment status
- willingness to relocate or work from designated office locations or remote with East Coast hours
- ability to work contract dates from February 1 to July 31, 2026
- minimum of three years hospitality experience
- valid driver’s license with a clean record
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for more than eight hours
- availability for extensive domestic travel (40-60%) including weekends and holidays
- ability to work long hours during event activations
- strong communication skills

- proactive and detail-oriented work ethic
Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years of hospitality experience
- proven experience managing guest communications across multiple touchpoints
- strong ability to craft and maintain professional, consistent messaging across email, web, and app platforms
- experience overseeing or collaborating on registration website development with a focus on user experience and data accuracy
- familiarity with event app development including content management, stakeholder coordination, and onsite support
- strong project management skills
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- endurance and stamina to work long hours for extended days during activations
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- flexibility and willingness to travel extensively during tournaments
Job Duties
- plan and execute event and experiential marketing programs
- serve as the primary point of contact for all guest-related inquiries
- develop and execute communication plans including invitations, itineraries, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
- ensure consistent and professional messaging across all channels
- collaborate with web developers or vendors to design and maintain a user-friendly registration website
- monitor registration progress and troubleshoot issues
- lead the design and implementation of a custom meeting app
- coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure the app meets event needs
- manage content updates and user support pre-event and onsite
- oversee flight arrangements for attendees in collaboration with the travel team
- ensure travel itineraries align with event schedules and guest preferences
- address travel-related issues and provide support as needed
