- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and listening skills

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in building and maintaining key partnerships
Job Duties
- Provide a magnetic and vibrant workplace experience for associates and visitors
- Lead the delivery of on-site amenities and hospitality services
- Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and risk management
- Implement strategies for food and beverage, fitness, and wellness programs
- Support multifaceted real estate product and service initiatives
