Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality team including servers bartenders hosts and support staff
- Ensure all team members deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce top-notch service standards training programs and policies
- Manage staffing scheduling and labor cost control to optimize operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotions events and special offerings to enhance the guest experience
- Lead by example fostering a positive and teamwork-oriented work environment
