Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role with a strong background in FOH operations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems inventory management and basic financial principles
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Prolonged periods of standing walking climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of guest service including wait staff food service greeters box office and concession
- Supervise and support FOH staff providing guidance training and feedback to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Oversee the bar operations including inventory management staff scheduling and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate seamless guest experiences across all touch points
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance guest service offerings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
