Job Requirements

- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- Demonstrated leadership skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of playmakers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate large events, promotions, and special activities
