Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in high volume food and beverage or bar concept management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of playmakers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate large events, promotions, and special activities
