Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred
  • State alcohol-server license required
  • Manager ServSafe Certification required
  • Proven experience in hospitality management especially FOH operations
  • Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stand walk for prolonged periods and lift 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification
  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role with strong FOH operations background
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of POS systems inventory management and basic financial principles

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of guest service including wait staff food service greeters box office and concession
  • Supervise and support FOH staff providing guidance training and feedback
  • Oversee bar operations including inventory management staff scheduling and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate seamless guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
