Job Requirements
- Prior experience in high volume food and beverage concept bar concept restaurant management or a related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of playmakers providing guidance training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory including beverages supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and feedback resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate large events promotions and special activities
