Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in high volume food and beverage concept bar concept restaurant management or a related hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of playmakers providing guidance training and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory including beverages supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries concerns and feedback resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate large events promotions and special activities
