Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Top Secret security clearance desired
  • Eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role
  • 5+ years of experience in high-touch premium customer service hospitality or executive support preferably in highly-regulated or sensitive environments such as defense finance or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to transition between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational support
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally and tactfully with high-ranking individuals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with modern office tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with commitment to a service-first approach

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver world-class on-site white-glove service to clients accommodating diverse needs including meeting setup food and beverage and security support
  • Maintain consistently high physical security readiness and compliance with industrial security requirements to meet client needs and facility certifications
  • Serve as the professional face of Nooks managing front desk lobby access and facility presentation
  • Proactively gather qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage feedback and needs
  • Coordinate logistical needs for facility visitors including scheduling meeting preparation and assisting site manager and security staff
  • Ensure all front-of-the-house operations and customer interactions comply with organizational policies and government requirements
