Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • must have reliable transportation
  • employment subject to successfully completing a background check and/or CORI screening
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours) and perform physical tasks as needed
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience of 3+ years managing a restaurant or similar establishment
  • strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • customer-centric attitude with passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • problem-solving skills with calm and quick thinking
  • knowledge of food and beverage, including beverage pairings as a plus
  • familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Leading the team to inspire, train, and develop members to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to food safety regulations and company standards
  • being the role model for the team
  • advocating for guest experience by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and handling feedback with finesse
  • managing operational costs and contributing to profitability while ensuring exceptional value for guests
  • assisting in daily operations including inventory management and staffing schedules
  • collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams for events and promotions
  • providing ongoing training, guidance, and support to staff to foster continuous improvement
  • building relationships with vendors and the community to enhance brand presence
  • assessing the dining experience from the guest perspective and implementing improvements
