Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 6 to 8 hours and perform physical tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Employment subject to successfully completing a background check and or CORI screening

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment for 3 or more years
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong customer-centric attitude focused on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Knowledge and passion for food and beverages, including beverage pairings
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule willingness including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the team by inspiring, training, and developing staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Advocate for guest experiences by creating a warm atmosphere and handling feedback positively
  • Manage operational costs and contribute to profitability while maintaining value
  • Support daily operations including inventory management and staffing schedules
  • Collaborate on events and promotions with sales and marketing teams
  • Provide mentorship and ongoing training to foster continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with vendors and the community to enhance brand presence and partnerships
  • Assess and implement innovations to improve guest satisfaction and ambiance
