Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 6 to 8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Employment subject to successfully completing a background check and or CORI screening
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment for 3 or more years
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong customer-centric attitude focused on creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Knowledge and passion for food and beverages, including beverage pairings
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule willingness including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead the team by inspiring, training, and developing staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Advocate for guest experiences by creating a warm atmosphere and handling feedback positively
- Manage operational costs and contribute to profitability while maintaining value
- Support daily operations including inventory management and staffing schedules
- Collaborate on events and promotions with sales and marketing teams
- Provide mentorship and ongoing training to foster continuous improvement
- Build relationships with vendors and the community to enhance brand presence and partnerships
- Assess and implement innovations to improve guest satisfaction and ambiance
