Job Requirements

  • Recently obtained bachelor degree in hospitality management or similar
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy and professionalism
  • Proficiency in microsoft office suite
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Recently obtained bachelor degree in hospitality management or similar
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Proficiency in microsoft office suite including word excel powerpoint and familiarity with event management software and tools
  • Creative mindset with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in hospitality or related field is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality management including front office operations membership accounting human resources and food and beverage management
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling inventory management and budgeting
  • Shadow managers and supervisors to learn about leadership team management and decision-making in a hospitality setting
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Participate in meetings training sessions and special projects to broaden understanding of hospitality management practices
