- Recently obtained bachelor degree in hospitality management or similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and professionalism
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite
- Familiarity with event management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Recently obtained bachelor degree in hospitality management or similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite including word excel powerpoint and familiarity with event management software and tools
- Creative mindset with a passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in hospitality or related field is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality management including front office operations membership accounting human resources and food and beverage management
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling inventory management and budgeting
- Shadow managers and supervisors to learn about leadership team management and decision-making in a hospitality setting
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Participate in meetings training sessions and special projects to broaden understanding of hospitality management practices
