Job Duties
- Oversees and directs concession stand operations
- Coaches and motivates Recreation Coordinator Assistant staff
- Assigns tasks, trains employees, schedules shifts
- Prepares food and product at concession stands
- Assists with set up, tear down, and implementation of concession stands
- Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Ensures safety and compliance at all facilities
- Completes reports and submits to supervisors
- Purchases supplies and manages inventory
- Recommends hiring, discipline, and termination decisions
- Maintains professional interactions with public and coworkers
