Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Be a current college student, recent graduate, or entry-level professional preferably in hospitality, business, communications, or related fields
Availability to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
Demonstrate ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to fast-paced environments
Show willingness to learn, take initiative, and receive feedback
Have reliable transportation to and from Leal Hospitality properties in San Benito and Santa Clara counties
Be eligible to receive college internship credit if applicable

Job Duties

Assist with event planning and day-of coordination for weddings
Participate in timeline development, floor plan layouts, and vendor communication
Support guest management, setup and teardown logistics, and ceremony/reception execution
Shadow coordinators during client walkthroughs, tastings, and rehearsals
Gain exposure to a wide range of private and corporate events
Participate in event setup, service logistics, and breakdown
Train with front-of-house staff in fine and casual dining environments
