Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is a plus
- Certification in state, county, or local food and alcohol handling, as applicable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face for all incoming guests as a hospitality host
- Manage the guest flow and waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating and a positive entry experience
- Proactively engage with guests to create legendary and memorable experiences from the moment they arrive
- Work effectively with the service team to ensure guests are seated in appropriate sections
- Maintain a high standard of superior customer service throughout the guest arrival and seating process
