Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face for all incoming guests as a hospitality host
  • Manage the guest flow and waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating and a positive entry experience
  • Proactively engage with guests to create legendary and memorable experiences from the moment they arrive
  • Work effectively with the service team to ensure guests are seated in appropriate sections
  • Maintain a high standard of superior customer service throughout the guest arrival and seating process
