Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years or as required by local laws
- Certification in state, county, or local food and alcohol handling, as applicable
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face for all incoming guests as a Hospitality Host
- Manage the guest flow and waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating and a positive entry experience
- Proactively engage with guests to create legendary and memorable experiences from the moment they arrive
- Work effectively with the service team to ensure guests are seated in appropriate sections
- Maintain a high standard of superior customer service throughout the guest arrival and seating process
