Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • possession of a Food Handler Safety Card
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift products and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
  • compliance with company policies and procedures including dress code
  • submission of proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with personal style
  • seat all guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • handle all incoming telephone calls courteously and helpfully
  • maintain a clean entrance and Hospitality Guide area
  • greet all potential guests walking by
  • guide guests through the service model
  • adhere to Eureka's policies including dress code
  • have knowledge of menu and bar items to respond to guest inquiries
  • calculate and quote accurate wait times via the Waitlist app
  • sanitize all tables and chairs/booths before seating
  • assist Service Champions in bussing tables
  • deliver food and beverages as needed
  • carry drinks to guests from the bar using a tray
  • maintain greeter desk area orderly
  • operate the POS system efficiently
  • execute proper food and drink placement at tables
  • polish and roll silverware
  • bus tables and set tables to standards
  • thank all departing guests and invite them to return
  • maintain cleanliness of restrooms periodically
