Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- possession of a Food Handler Safety Card
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift products and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
- compliance with company policies and procedures including dress code
- submission of proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style
- seat all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- handle all incoming telephone calls courteously and helpfully
- maintain a clean entrance and Hospitality Guide area
- greet all potential guests walking by
- guide guests through the service model
- adhere to Eureka's policies including dress code
- have knowledge of menu and bar items to respond to guest inquiries
- calculate and quote accurate wait times via the Waitlist app
- sanitize all tables and chairs/booths before seating
- assist Service Champions in bussing tables
- deliver food and beverages as needed
- carry drinks to guests from the bar using a tray
- maintain greeter desk area orderly
- operate the POS system efficiently
- execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- polish and roll silverware
- bus tables and set tables to standards
- thank all departing guests and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms periodically
