Job Duties
- greet all guests with personal style
- seat all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- handle all incoming telephone calls courteously
- maintain a clean entrance and hospitality guide area
- greet potential guests walking by
- guide guests through the service model
- work successfully in a fast paced environment
- greet all guests and co-workers warmly to make them feel welcome
- adhere to Eureka's policies including dress code
- respond accurately and enthusiastically to guest inquiries about menu and bar items
- calculate and quote accurate wait times via the waitlist app
- sanitize all tables and chairs before seating
- assist service champions by bussing tables using a tray
- deliver food and beverages as needed
- carry drinks to tables from the bar using a tray
- maintain the greeter desk and surrounding area
- efficiently operate the POS system
- execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- polish and roll silverware
- bus tables and set tables to Eureka standards
- thank departing guests and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms periodically
