Job Requirements
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Genuine friendliness and positive attitude
- Knowledge of menu and bar items
- Ability to calculate and communicate accurate wait times
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation
- Ability to operate POS systems, tablets, and assorted restaurant equipment

- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Safety Card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile
- Seat guests professionally while providing flatware and plateware
- Manage incoming telephone calls courteously and helpfully
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance, greeter desk, and hospitality areas
- Assist Service Champions by bussing tables and delivering food and beverages
- Accurately respond to guest questions with positive and enthusiastic tone
- Calculate and quote wait times using the Waitlist app
- Sanitize tables and chairs prior to seating
- Operate POS system efficiently
- Thank departing guests and invite them to return
- Periodically maintain restroom cleanliness
