Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style
- seat all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- handle all incoming telephone calls courteously and helpfully
- maintain a clean entrance and Hospitality Guide area
- greet all potential guests walking by
- guide guests through the service model
- respond to guest questions accurately and enthusiastically
- calculate and quote accurate wait times via the Waitlist app
- sanitize tables and chairs prior to seating
- assist in bussing tables using a tray
- deliver food and beverages as needed
- carry drinks to tables for guests seated from the bar
- maintain greeter desk and surrounding area in an orderly fashion
- efficiently operate the POS system
- execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- polish and roll silverware
- bus tables throughout the restaurant and set tables to Eureka! standards
- thank all departing guests and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms periodically
