Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Hold a valid Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing personality and passion for the brand
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a personal style while providing personable, helpful, and efficient food service
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
  • Assist with preparing and packaging take-out orders
  • Deliver beverages using a tray with care and accuracy
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items to answer guest inquiries
  • Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
  • Adhere to state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness periodically
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Use QSR/expo screens to organize orders with a sense of urgency
